Jenec has come up with an innovative value added service for the real estate industry where we provide the electricity meter accuracy verification report together with an electrical wiring compliance certificate (CoC) for the seller.

This service is gaining support from a number of real estate agencies as it is not only unique but gives new owners peace of mind that the electricity meter is tested and is within allowable accuracy limits.
